NUR 200 m VON DER FUSSGÄNGERBRÜCKE ENTFERNT, DIE IN DIE ALTSTADT VON ZADAR FÜHRT, UND 700 m VOM STRAND ENTFERNT... Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze neben der Wohnung und entlang der Straße... Kostenloses WLAN in allen Wohnungen... Wir haben angefangen, Apartment Puhov Zadar zu mieten Ende März 2018. Die Wohnung wurde Anfang 2018 renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt, 200 m vom Meer entfernt, in einem 50 Jahre alten Gebäude... DIE WOHNUNG BESTEHT AUS einem Schlafzimmer (drei Betten). ), ein Wohnzimmer (zwei Betten), eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Flur und ein Balkon. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Klimaanlagen. Der Balkon ist mit zwei Bänken und zwei kleinen Tischen ausgestattet... Die Nachbarn in unserem Gebäude sind höfliche und freundliche Menschen... Wir sind 24 Stunden am Tag telefonisch erreichbar... Falls wir nicht auf Sie warten können, können Sie das tun Kommen Sie und betreten Sie die Wohnung sofort, denn die Schlüssel befinden sich im Safe neben der Eingangstür des Gebäudes. Alle Anweisungen erhalten Sie spätestens einen Tag vor Ihrer Ankunft. DER PREIS hängt von der Anzahl der Personen (maximal 5) im Apartment im gewünschten Zeitraum ab. Bei der Ankunft ist eine Schadenskaution in Höhe von 100 EUR zu hinterlegen ... Vergessen Sie nicht, abends an der Westspitze der Halbinsel Zadar zu sein, an der Meeresorgel und an den Grüßen an die Sonne, und genießen Sie einen der schönsten Sonnenuntergänge der Welt ... Verpassen Sie nicht, mindestens einen Nationalpark zu besuchen (es gibt 4 in der Nähe von Zadar) ... Zadar wurde 2016 zum besten Reiseziel Europas gekürt! Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in Zadar! Apartman je ispunio sva naša očekivanja, čak i više od toga. Čist, uredan, opremljen apsolutno svime šta može zatrebate. Lokacije odlična, par minuta do starog dijela Zadra. Domaćica preljubazna, dala nam je sve korisne savjete i informacije. Još jednom sve pohvale i nadamo se ponovnom boravku tamo.

Super apartment in perfect location !!
Super apartment in perfect location !!
Stayed in this beautiful apartment for over a week in September. The location of apartment Puhov is perfect and our wonderful host Tanja gave us lots of information about the area and things to do. We arrived at the Old Town by bus from Zadar Airport ( approximately €3.50 each, bus usually leaves airport half an hour after flight arrives ). Apartment Puhov is less than 10 minutes walk from the bus stop and is reached by crossing the road and turning right to the bridge. Over the bridge, we took the second left and we were at the apartment. The building and path outside could do with refurbishment but inside the apartment was fabulous. It was bright, clean and spacious. The bedroom has a very comfortable large double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bath and shower and constant hot water. The living room has two large couches, tv with English channels and a selection of liquors for guests. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezer and a selection of condiments, tea, coffee etc. There is also a beautiful dining area and small terrace with seating. Outside the apartment, turn right to a selection of shops, bakery, cafe, etc. on a beautiful tree lined street. The staff in Müller were really friendly and helpful. At the bottom of the street on the right is a cafe bar called Ponte, it overlooks the bridge, a beautiful spot to watch the world go by, with cheap drinks and great friendly service. Over the bridge is Zadar historic Old Town, quaint with cobble streets, cafe bars, bakeries, ice cream parlors and much more including the famous Sea Organ. The islands are well worth a visit. Ferries to the islands leave from the Old Town and are very reasonably priced. We visited Ugljan with Jadrolinija Ferry and Dugi Otok with G & V Line. Turning left from the apartment is a beautiful marina and passed that is Jadran beach which is stony, but the water is crystal clear. In between is cafe bar Marex which sits right on the waters edge. A fabulous place to have a cheap G & T, watch the sunset, and the many boats going in and out of Zadar. We truly enjoyed Zadar and our stay in apartment Puhov and would highly recommend it as a holiday destination.
